suzanne, laurelhurst Physical Therapy SUZANNE TREBNICK, PT, OCS, COMT: Graduated in 1973 from the University of Minnesota. She is a Level IV Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist with an Orthopedic Certification Specialty. Additional training in various Yoga practices and Stott Pilates rehabilitation complement her extensive manual therapy skills. Many companies have benefited from her expertise in Industrial Ergonomic Consulting. Other specialties include treating complex women's health issues, Cumulative Trauma cases, cervical and upper extremity dysfunction, and chronic pain management. Her family is her other love and they spend time together golfing, skiing, bicycling and sailing in the San Juan Islands.
joni, laurelhurst Physical Therapy JONI FISCHER-JONES, PT: Graduated in 1978 from the University of Oregon and from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979. She is a Level III Trained Orthopedic Manual Therapist and Stott trained in Pilates rehabilitation. Her specialties include women's health issues, spinal and extremity rehabilitation, headaches and Tempo-Mandibular Dysfunction, functional movement analysis and running injuries, high school sports injuries, orthotics, and worksite evaluations. She enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, hiking, gardening, reading, and cooking.
patrick, laurelhurst Physical Therapy PATRICK PUA, PT: Graduated in 1988 from the University of St. Tomas, Philippines. He is a Level III Trained Orthopedic Manual Therapist with excellent manual therapy skills. Students from PT programs around the country come here for their clinical affiliations to work with him to learn spinal and extremity mobilization techniques. Other specialties include functional gait analysis and orthotics. He performs Functional Capacity Evaluations and inclinometer measurements and is Graston® certified to complement his manual therapy skills. He enjoys skiing with his family, cooking, and many outdoor activities. Our Renaissance man is a superb addition to our PT team.
rachel, laurelhurst Physical Therapy RACHEL WHITE, DPT: Graduated in 2010 from the University of Colorado Denver. Her specialties include ergonomic consulting, orthotics fittings, outpatient orthopedics, sports injuries, chronic pain management, spinal and extremity rehabilitation, joint mobilizations, functional exercise and core stabilization. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking, biking, and snowboarding.
shawn, laure hurst Physical Therapy SHAWN SHAUGNESSY, PTA: Graduated in 1982 from Mt. Hood Community College. Specialties include soft tissue and scar mobilization using Chinese cupping techniques, core stabilization, cranio sacral therapy, and biofeedback for neuromuscular reeducation. For many years Shawn has been a clinical instructor for the Mt. Hood Community College Physical Therapy Assistant program. She enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, and most outdoor sports.
emily, laurelhurst Physical Therapy EMILY OTHUS-ALLRED, PTA: Graduated in 1978 from Mt. Hood Community College. She is Graston® certified and has additional training in women's health issues, core stabilization, craniosacral therapy, Chinese cupping and scar release and taping. Emily excels at evaluating dysfunctional movement patterns and has creative treatment approaches. In her spare time, Emily hikes, works in her organic garden, and plays scrabble.

JESSICA COE, PTA: Graduated in 2004 from Mt. Hood Community College . Specialties include Graston® certified, Core Stabilization training, manual scar release, deep tissue mobilization, posture, pilates and functional exercise training. Patient benefit from her experience in pool therapy rehabilitation. She also enjoys being outdoors for many activities, skiing, camping, biking, horseback riding.
kelly, laurelhurst Physical Therapy KELLY CLASEN, PTA: Graduated in 2003 from Mt. Hood Community College. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and has additional training in myofascial release techniques and Pilates rehabilitation. She enjoys snowboarding and waking boarding with her family.
molly, laurelhurst Physical Therapy Molly McClure, PTA: Graduated from Western Oregon University with a bachelor's degree in Health Education in 2007 and graduated from Sacramento City College in 2011. She is Graston® certified and has experience in aquatic therapy and pediatrics. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking, traveling, and photography.
thea, laurelhurst Physical Therapy Thea Morgan: Certified STOTT® Pilates instructor, specializing in core and extremity strengthening with special interest in rehabilitation she works at Club Sport with private clients and teaches classes with a faithful following of clients who have attended her classes for years. H er hobbies include teaching Pilates classes, running, and hiking.
gina, Laurelhurst Physical Therapy GINA ALBANESE, LAc, MS: Graduated in 2000 with a MS degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego. She also has a BS degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has worked with the sports medicine team at Portland State University since 2004 as one of their sports acupuncturists, as she is an athlete herself and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Specialties include musculoskeletal conditions, pain, digestion, postural re-alignment. She uses acupuncture, electro-acupressure, cupping, Tui Na massage, nutritional healing, and corrective exercises to assist You in getting back to optimal health. Additionally, Gina is certified as a yoga therapist and is also certified in Symmetry, a physics-based, postural alignment program. andrew, Laurelhurst Physical Therapy ANDREW HILL, LAc, LMT, MaOM: Graduated in 2008 from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and is a Licensed Massage Therapist with excellent deep tissue techniques. Specialties include musculoskeletal disorders, therapeutic massage, targeted stretching, cupping, and gua sha. He works as sports acupuncturist at Portland State University and enjoys playing most sports. Andrew does not own a car and bicycles to work daily.
arpitha, Laurelhurst Physical Therapy Arpitha Rojanala: has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Healthcare Management (HCM) and is currently Practice Administrator for the Laurelhurst Physical Therapy Clinic. She oversees clinical operations at 3 clinics, Burnside, Sunset and Beaverton. Providing exceptional healthcare services for our patients is her main focus. As a member of Portland Medical Community Managers (PMCM) and Oregon Medical Association (OMA) and Medical Group Management Associations (MGMA), she is networking with other managers. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and biking.
